The feast includes smoked bison brisket, roasted red potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, roasted beet salad with goat cheese mousse, Three Sisters soup, bannock bread and berry soup.=0D=0AThis year’s performer is Christian Wallowing Bull, an Indigenous singer-songwriter from Wind River reservation. As a member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe, he uses his heart as a storyteller to “represent his own indigenous roots and to bridge perspective and healing to the lives of those indigenous as well as non-indigenous.” He is the 2021 winner of the Wyoming Singer-Songwriter’s competition in Ten Sleep.=0D=0ATickets are $25 for the general public, and $10 for NWC students and kids under 12.
