The 最新三级片 College A.L. Mickelson Field Station is a comfortable and attractive mountain retreat on approximately 60 acres. Surrounded by Shoshone National Forest, it is a rugged countryside, full of plant and animal life. 

Just 55 miles from the northeast gate of Yellowstone Park, 50 miles from 最新三级片 College campus and 30 miles from Cody, Wyoming, our field station provides a unique learning environment for 最新三级片 College students, faculty and staff.

The Field Station is open and available mid-May through the end of September for 最新三级片 College groups as well outside educational groups to rent.

最新三级片 College's A. L. Mickelson Field Station is located on Dead Indian Hill in the Absaroka Mountain Range, just off the Chief Joseph Scenic Highway. It is only a few miles from the spectacular Sunlight Basin, 55 miles from the northeast gate of Yellowstone National Park, 50 miles from the 最新三级片 College campus, and 30 miles from Cody, Wyoming.

  • Meals are served buffet style and offer selections for the healthy and hearty eaters.
  • The food service is not available to groups of less than fifteen (15) people. 
  • Important: Any group utilizing the Field Station will be charged for the number of meals requested 1 week (seven days) prior to the food service. Extra meals served beyond the number requested will be charged for and compiled at the time of billing. Should a group cancel within five days of the reserved food service, 100% of the reserved food service bill will be charged to the group.

Lodging Rates

Inside of a cabin

Cabins:

$30.00 per person per night for 3 or more guests in a cabin.

$120.00 per cabin per night for single/double occupancy.

  Children 5 years and under stay and eat free
 
  • Sleeping arrangements consist of three bunk beds. Other furnishings include a table and four chairs, a dresser and a lamp. Pillows are provided.
  • Dormitory style restrooms with showers are located near the cabins.
  • GUESTS PROVIDE THEIR OWN SLEEPING BAG, TOILETRIES, TOWELS, ETC
  • $100 one-time fee for use of the camp.
  • RV and tent camping is not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Facilities

Lodge

The Lodge

The lodge is a two-story building with two large meeting rooms on the upper floor. Both have natural light, and a brick fireplace is at the end of the south room on the lower floor.

Each room is approximately 35' x 35'. The south room, containing the fireplace, is carpeted and furnished with70 comfortable soft cushioned chairs with arm rests. The north room is carpeted and has 8 computers. There arechairs and six 3' x 6' tables available for setup. Picnic tables are arranged on an open, roofed deck, accessible to both meeting rooms on the upper floor. Generally, meals are served cafeteria style in the dining room, located on the lower floor of the lodge. Thirty-five feet square in size, the dining room seats up to 100 people.

Dormitory-style, warm showers are also available on the lower floor of the lodge.

Both men's and women's facilities have three shower stalls and three countertop sinks each. Individuals are responsible for their own towels and personal toiletry items.

Cabins

The Cabins

There are three cabin buildings, each a quadplex, providing 12 dwelling units with accommodation for 72 people. Each unit is 16 foot square, with a loft and its own deck measuring 12' x 16'. Units are heated by electric baseboard and sleep six. Sleeping arrangements consist of three bunk beds.

Other furnishings include a table and four chairs, a dresser and a lamp. Pillows and blankets are provided if needed; however, guests are encouraged to bring sleeping bags.

No cooking inside or outside the cabins is permitted. Pets and horses are not allowed.  Please notify staff in advance of any service animals.
